खाली पेट पानी पीना क्यों जरूरी है



जल को यूं ही जीवन नहीं कहा जाता। अच्‍छी सेहत के लिए पानी का बहुत महत्‍व होता है। सुबह खाली पेट पानी पीने का महत्‍व तो यूं ही बहुत ज्‍यादा होता है। आयुर्वेद से लेकर आधुनिक चिकित्‍सा पद्धतियां खाली पेट पानी पीने को जरूरी मानती हैं। बिस्‍तर से उठने के बाद आपको कम से कम चार गिलास यानी लगभग 1 लीटर पानी पीना चाहिये। इससे आपकी पाचन क्रिया तो दुरुस्‍त रहती ही है, साथ ही आप कई अन्‍य बीमारियों से भी बचे रहते हैं।

धीरे-धीरे पड़ेगी आदत

  • सुबह उठने के साथ ही और ब्रश करने से पहले चार गिलास पानी पिएं।
  • ब्रश करने के पैंतालीस मिनट तक ना कुछ खाएं और ना ही कुछ पिएं।
  • पैंतालीस मिनट के बाद आप कुछ भी खा पी सकते हैं।
  • नाश्‍ते, लंच और डिनर के 15 मिनटों के बाद अगले दो घंटे तक न कुछ खायें न पियें।
  • बूढ़े और बीमार लोगों के लिए चार गिलास पानी पीना मुश्किल हो जाता है। वे थोड़ी मात्रा से शुरुआत कर बाद में इसे बढ़ा सकते हैं।


कितने दिन में किसी बीमारी में आराम

  • उच्‍च रक्‍तचाप - 30 दिन
  • गैस -10 दिन
  • डायबिटीज - 30 दिन
  • कब्‍ज- 10 दिन
  • कैंसर . 180 दिन
  • टीबी . 90 दिन

अर्थराइटिस के मरीजों को पहले सप्‍ताह में इलाज की इस प्रक्रिया को केवल तीन दिन अपनाना चाहिये। हां दूसरे हफ्ते से वे इसे रोजाना कर सकते हैं।

इस बात का रखें ध्‍यान

हां वॉटर ट्रीटमेंट के साथ अपनी नियमित दवाओं का सेवन अचानक बंद न करें। जरूरी है कि इस बारे में अपने चिकित्‍सक से बात करने के बाद ही दवाओं में कोई तब्‍दीली करें। गंभीर बीमारियों के संदर्भ में इस पद्धति को सहायक चिकित्‍सा के रूप में लें।
