Reasons to perform Vrksasana or Tree Posture


Yoga - Vrksasana (Tree Pose asana ) which resemble the shape of tree, and hence the name. This name comes from Sanskrit words - vikasa or virksha meaning 'tree' and asana meaning 'posture'.
