Avoid eating these foods after a workout!

There are so many people do workout in the morning or evening to be healthy and fit, here is a question to those peoples that what do you usually do after heavy workout? Well usually we think of eating foods that rich carbohydrates or protein to best facilitate the recovery process. But it might be not good for health.
 

Here are some foods which one must avoid eating after a workout: 
Fruit drinks: Avoid consuming sugary drinks like canned fruit juices, fresh shakes or soda post workout as it will slow down your metabolism.
 

Raw vegetables: Avoid consuming raw veggies after a workout as they aren't substantial enough to supplement that.
 

Chocolates: Avoid consuming chocolate because it might give you the required energy after a workout but it is not good because of its high sugar and calorie content.
 

Fried eggs: Avoid consuming eggs, though eggs are considered an ideal food post workout because of the protein content, but consuming saturated fats which are a part of fried eggs is not good.
